How do i fix my laptop acer?

my mini laptop acer i shut it down and when i try to turn it back on it goes to screen acer empowering people then it goes to select something i put start windows normally then the whole screen goes black and a white little line comes to the left corner top then windows come up loading then it goes to a blue screen and i dont know whats wrong but it dont want to tturn back on of anyone can helpp! please helpp
