Should chrysler consolidate their 2 dealerships into one dealership? should they merger with fiat.?

in the larger cities you have dodge and dodge truck dealers and chrysler jeep dealers. therefore they have to have duplicating models to benefit both dealers. exp. durango and aspen, jeep comp and dodge caliber, mini-vans, town and country and caravan etc. this would save money and offer chryslers as upscaled, dodge mid-compact and jeep as utility sport. fiat would offer super small car and diesel engines and save on retooling for new models.
