Is there any programm?

i need a programm... i have a webcam now i need a programm to record myself + singing with the mic and the cam will record eveything to upload it you tube..anyone? but i already downloaded CAMSTUDIO but its avi and its not supported to you tube + i need it wmp better think...and movie maker doeasnt has that any other prog pleasE??
