Mothers: Which of these 2 gifts would you rather receive? I need help deciding, all opinions are appreciated!?

Personally I would love to have the picture frame - that is so neat. I have never seen one like that. Why don't you just give her the bank as well since it was only $6? The gift card is really cute too btw. You seem like a very caring friend - she is lucky to have you! =)
