Is it ok to Drive on Icy Roads with a Child in the Backseat?

Just because yall are in Georgia doesn't mean they are originally from Georgia and don't know how to drive on the roads. Also, I'm from Texas and ice is a rare occasion (well besides the last 2 years when we got both snow and ice) but many people here, who are actually from here, know how to drive on ice. Its not neglectful to take your kids out of the house even if theres ice, snow, hail, thunder, heavy rain etc.... its just a part of life.
