Pregnant and wanting to highlight my hair?! Please helppppp!!! (: <3?

So I'm a girly girl who loves to get her hair/nails done alot but when I found out I was pregnant I wasn't to sure about the whole dying my hair getting my nails done thing. I'm 15 weeks pregnant(exactly) and I'm in my second trimester. Would it be okay to go get blonde and burgundy foils on my hair? Also going to get my nails done is that okay too? I miss being able to do all that but if its better and healthier for me and baby I will wait till January lol !
