Ok, I eat a lot. For breakfast I eat either cereal or scrambled eggs and meat or sometimes just meat. After breakfast, I eat chips or candy bars. And for dinner I eat meat and vegetables or soup. After dinner, I eat a lot of chips. Especially today I ate chips, chips, icee bar, gummy worms, and now I'm eating candy. I do want to get healthy, and I dont want to be fat. Right now I am average weight, 72 pounds for a 12 year old girl. So I just want help to eat healthier than I usually do. Any help?
