I need advice help please!?

My boyfriend is 16 & I'm 15 we've been together for 2 months now. I had no clue he smokes pot.. Stays in & out of juvy.. & other stuff. He looks like a sweet boy. But I guess he fooled me. I really like him. But my mom says I should leave him alone. What should I do? Tell me. Please&thank you.
